Programme Manager – Signalling Transformation Location: Chippenham (Hybrid/Flexible Options Available) 6 Months (Potential for Extension) (Outside IR35) Description: **** IMMEDIATE STARTING OPPORTUNITY – OUTSIDE IR35**** We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex change initiatives to drive a critical business transformation programme. This role requires a leader who can navigate legacy system decommissioning, modern IT operating models, and multi-stakeholder environments to deliver tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Programme Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of this multi-million-pound transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Legacy Decommissioning: Lead the phased transition from outdated signalling systems to modern, scalable solutions. * Stakeholder & Governance: Manage complex interfaces with Network Rail, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring robust governance. * IT Operating Model Implementation: Drive outsourcing strategies and IT service transitions, optimising cost and performance. * Risk & Benefits Management: Proactively mitigate risks while tracking tangible benefits for rail operations and passengers.
