A global automotive component manufacturer require a Launch Manager to manage the launch of future projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in new product launch and worked in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 p.a. +Car Allowance +Up to 14% pension (Employee and Employer contributions) +Family Bupa +Bonus Duration: 18 Months fixed term contract Suitable for: NPI Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager. Senior Launch Engineer, Launch Manager The Role Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have the following duties: -Be an active and integrated member of the program team developing detailed knowledge of products and processes. -Liaise and report the program status and progress to the Technical Manager. -Manage the launch accountability process and communicate through the plant meeting cadence. -Participate and assist in PFMEA\’s and process flow development. -Lead and deliver new product launches.
