Our client is seeking a highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and integration of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Candidates who possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations with third-party technologies exhibit strong leadership in technical consultations and champion innovation and quality across all projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Solution Design and Architecture: Defining the overall architecture of ServiceNow solutions including ServiceNow core platform, multiple modules, integrations, and configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
  2. Technical Consultation and Leadership: Providing expert advice, leading solution sessions, and connecting with clients using technical expertise and leadership skills.
  3. Thought Leadership: Establishing our organization as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem through innovation and expertise.
  4. Implementation Support: Ensuring collaboration standards are maintained to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Integration and Automation: Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems leveraging Integration Hub, web services, SOAP, REST, EBonding, and other techniques.
  6. Performance Optimization: Ensuring the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions, including performance monitoring and optimization.
  7. Quality Assurance: Driving adherence to quality assurance best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
  8. Security and Compliance: Developing security solutions to meet compliance requirements and implementing security measures to maintain secure client environments.
  9. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Creating and sharing technical documentation, contributing to the knowledge base, and promoting best practices.
  10. Continuous Learning: Keeping up with ServiceNow advancements to provide innovative solutions.
  11. Client Relationships: Establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs, and guiding them toward successful results.
  12. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentoring and guiding junior developers and team members during implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 15 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Expertise in 5 or more ServiceNow product suites
  • Knowledge of CSDM and CMDB
  • Experience with ITOM Health and Visibility, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integration with monitoring tools, Health Log Analytics
  • Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Sales Order Management (SOM), Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), Telecommunication Network Inventory (TNI)
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance
  • Experience with third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and EBonding
  • Experience with Domain Separation and ITSM applications
  • Willing to work at the UK client location

Preferred

  • Experience with Service Portal and Mobile Applications
  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, Technical Architect, Implementation Specialist, and System Administrator certifications
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
