Head of Tax

Are you a CTA qualified Head of Tax, looking for a part time role?

The successful candidate will be CTA qualified with experience within complex industries (charity or housing background ideal but not essential).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting and compliance on a variety of taxes across the Group
• Managing the Groups tax strategy
• Providing advice to stakeholders
• Managing the tax relationship with HMRC
• Identifying areas of risk and working to mitigate these
• Ensuring appropriate controls are in place
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for tax savings
• Managing a small team
• Proven track record of liaising with Committee/Board level
