FitzRoy residential service in Ashford provides care and support for 14 adults with learning disabilities and autism. Boldshaves Oast offers a wood work shop, arts and crafts room, as well as communal areas for our residents to socialise. We are seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly and established team working weekends only. If you love helping people and want to make a difference to someones life we want to hear from you. Please note, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, due to rural location. Day shift: £11.75 per hour weekdays and £12.92 weekends. Currently offering + £2.50 for overtime shifts. Time and a half or double time for public holidays. Sleep-ins are £50 per night. 30 days holiday when you start. Support Worker Hours You will work a set pattern of morning and afternoon shifts. Shifts are 7.5 hours, and a full-time contract is 37.5hours (5 shifts a week).
