Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious New Build team as a Conveyancer. What We’re Looking For:
- Experience handling/supporting conveyancing transactions
- Must have hands-on experience with:
Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)

- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
- Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
What You’ll Get in Return:
- A supportive, structured 3-month onboarding programme that combines classroom/MS Teams training with a gradual build-up of real-life casework – giving you the tools, confidence, and hands-on support to thrive from day one.
- Competitive quarterly bonus: our case handlers typically earn an average of £8-10k once established, bonus is uncapped and based on your personal performance
- Study support options (employer-funded after 12 months) and ongoing training
- Long-term development opportunities and progression pathways into senior roles
- 22 days holiday (rising to 25) + Bank Holidays, with buy/carry over options
- Employee benefits: death in service, EAP, counselling, and salary sacrifice (tech, nursery fees, gym, cycle, car)
- Extras: free conveyancing, mortgage advice, staff discounts
