Are you a senior corporate lawyer with a passion for knowledge, strategy, and innovation? This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious international law firm in a part-time (3 days per week) Knowledge Counsel role supporting its Corporate & Securities practice.
Working alongside top-ranked lawyers on high-profile cross-border transactions, you’ll play a vital role in shaping legal knowledge, enhancing efficiency, and delivering training that supports technical excellence across the team. With a focus on private M&A and contract law, this is a position of real impact and influence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and implementing the knowledge strategy for the Corporate team
