Are you a data-driven HR professional with a passion for compensation, benefits, and analytics? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reward Analyst to join our client's People team and support the development and delivery of reward initiatives across the business.

About the Role
As a Reward Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the design, delivery, and administration of compensation and benefits programmes. You’ll provide high-quality analysis and insights that inform key reward decisions and help ensure fairness, competitiveness, and consistency across the business.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and key stakeholders across the business to provide accurate data, contribute to cyclical reward activities, and support a range of exciting reward projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis to support annual pay reviews, benchmarking, and salary surveys
Administer bonus and recognition schemes
Provide analytics and reporting on pay, benefits, and reward trends
Support the implementation of new reward policies and processes
Partner with external providers for benchmarking and survey submissions
Maintain reward data integrity across HR systems and tools
Contribute to reward and benefits projects, including global harmonisation and process improvements
About You
Experience in Reward Analyst roles with a strong analytical mindset
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas) and confident working with large data sets
Comfortable analysing and presenting data for different audiences
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes
Exposure to reward cycles such as pay review or bonus processes
Experience with HRIS or compensation platforms is a plus
