🧢 Accessories Technologist – Global Fashion Supplier
📍 London | Full-Time | Hybrid
Join a global leader in fashion product design, development, and sourcing. We’re looking for an experienced Accessories Technologist to support the timely delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose products across a fast-paced, innovative range.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Review & Research:
- Lead seasonal block reviews with Buying
- Update spec library using feedback and benchmarking
- Track market trends and competitor ranges to maintain relevance
- Support fit and quality through regular competitor analysis
Product Development & QA:
- Drive consistent, commercially viable product development
- Flag product risks early and liaise with Buyers/Suppliers
- Deliver accurate specs on time for tech pack deadlines
- Partner with Design to engineer cost-effective, on-brand solutions
- Maintain spec libraries (core + fashion)
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, legal, and ethical standards
✅ Experience & Skills
- 3+ years in accessories or apparel tech, with strong product, fabric, and pattern knowledge
- Offshore supplier management is essential
- Value retail/multi-product experience preferred
- Efficient with fit comments, gold seal process, and feedback resolution
