Job description Selective Care are a high quality care company looking for care assistants / health care assistants to join us in Southampton, Hampshire. Selective Care are looking for caring, confident and reliable staff to provide care to our wonderful service users on a daily basis. We are looking for a Care Worker to join our team and provide support to individuals with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Responsibilities: * Provide personal care and support to clients. * Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. * Help clients to access community services and resources. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. * Maintain accurate records of client care. * Follow health and safety guidelines in the workplace. * Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other professionals.
