💡 The Role
Reporting into the Creative Digital Director, you’ll join a high-performing content and design team to deliver high-impact digital editorial and commercial experiences — from one-off branded content articles to fully bespoke microsites and campaign hubs.
The role is ideal for someone confident in designing visually rich, UX-led layouts and equally comfortable building them out using Elementor, Webflow, or similar tools.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building interactive editorial and commercial pages in WordPress (Elementor)
- Creating beautifully structured microsites using Webflow or equivalent low-code tools
- Collaborating with editorial and commercial teams to elevate storytelling through design
- Rapidly prototyping design concepts in Figma
- Curating strong visual assets including imagery and video to enhance layouts
- Presenting your design decisions and creative direction clearly to internal teams
- Supporting ongoing website development and innovation across digital channels
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design
- A portfolio showcasing standout creative work with a focus on digital storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools
- Confidence using WordPress (Elementor) and/or Webflow
- Good understanding of UX, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
- Attention to layout, image curation, and storytelling through design
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting work internally
- Bonus if you bring motion, animation, or video skills to the table
