💡 The Role

Reporting into the Creative Digital Director, you’ll join a high-performing content and design team to deliver high-impact digital editorial and commercial experiences — from one-off branded content articles to fully bespoke microsites and campaign hubs.

The role is ideal for someone confident in designing visually rich, UX-led layouts and equally comfortable building them out using Elementor, Webflow, or similar tools.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and building interactive editorial and commercial pages in WordPress (Elementor)
  • Creating beautifully structured microsites using Webflow or equivalent low-code tools
  • Collaborating with editorial and commercial teams to elevate storytelling through design
  • Rapidly prototyping design concepts in Figma
  • Curating strong visual assets including imagery and video to enhance layouts
  • Presenting your design decisions and creative direction clearly to internal teams
  • Supporting ongoing website development and innovation across digital channels

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital or interaction design
  • A portfolio showcasing standout creative work with a focus on digital storytelling
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools
  • Confidence using WordPress (Elementor) and/or Webflow
  • Good understanding of UX, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
  • Attention to layout, image curation, and storytelling through design
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting work internally
  • Bonus if you bring motion, animation, or video skills to the table
