Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the NHS?

My London based NHS Trust are seeking an established and proactive Interim HR Manager to join the Team during a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a small team to deliver key HR initiatives while contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and operational support to managers and staff across the Trust.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
  • Support workforce planning, change management, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive HR strategy and improve people management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, NHS policies, and best practice.

If you have proven experience of working in a similar role in an NHS Trust together with the ability to guide and develop the Team.
