My London based NHS Trust are seeking an established and proactive Interim HR Manager to join the Team during a period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a small team to deliver key HR initiatives while contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and operational support to managers and staff across the Trust.
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Support workforce planning, change management, and organisational development initiatives.
