Experienced Joinery Workshop Manager Brief Outline Our client is looking for skilled and experienced Joinery Workshop Manager to join their fast-expanding team! About our Client Our client is a multi-award-winning bespoke joinery fit-out and manufacturing specialist. They provide a challenging and stimulating work environment and has a diverse and friendly culture where opportunities for career progression and personal development are encouraged. About the Role NVQ in Carpentry and Joinery would be advantageousAbout the Candidate Excellent joinery experience Ability to work with high-end materials to construct cabinetry and other bespoke products Experience in a wood workshop is preferred, but not essential Should possess an understanding of woodworking machinery such as a panel saw, spindle moulder, sander and other hand tools Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand drawings Ability to measure accurately An understanding of the installation process would be beneficial, as installation work on site may be required from time to time Should be willing and able to travel and carry out site installations (this would not be a regular requirement, but may be needed from time to time) Must be tidy and organised and keep work area well maintained Self-motivated with a can-do attitude Be flexible and willing to do overtime to complete a job if requiredPoints of Appeal Competitive salary and package (depending on experience) All tools, uniform, PPE and training will be provided as required Opportunity for progression within the company
