The role:
Kubrick are expanding their UK office and are looking for Account Managers to own specific clients and verticals to drive the business forward. This role is an incredible opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of the company, where your success will directly impact the success of Kubrick and drive the global client strategy going forward.
We will provide you with support and tools to further your existing skills to accelerate your career in account management. Combining your natural relationship building ability you will manage portfolios from one of the fastest growing industries, Data & Technology.
We’re looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with a deep understanding of how to win and grow accounts in complex, fast-moving environments.
We are looking for:
- Strong experience of winning new business in a B2B sales role
- Strong track record of growing client accounts and exceeding revenue targets
- Knowledge of technology, consulting, or talent services
- Ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable with data-led decision making
- Strong collaboration skills—comfortable working across sales, delivery, marketing, and operations
Desirable:
- Experience working with clients in data, AI, digital, or technology transformation domains
- Experience of a given private sector industry such as Retail, Media, Transport, Energy & Commodities, Manufacturing, FMCG or Pharma
- Understanding of delivery models including consulting, SOW, and managed services
