  • Producing and managing technical drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools (e.g. Revit, Navisworks).
  • Leading clash detection and design resolution processes.
  • Supporting both pre-construction and delivery teams with technical input.
  • Attending and contributing to regular design coordination meetings.
  • Ensuring all designs are compliant, buildable, and delivered in line with programme and budget.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Design Coordinator or Technical Coordinator role, ideally within dry lining or interior fit-out.

  • Attractive salary of £55,000–£70,000 depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working model with flexible office/site presence.
  • Generous company benefits and a clear pathway for career progression.

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business at the forefront of commercial interior delivery in London. Ideal for a Design Coordinator looking to work on high-profile projects and progress within an established, supportive team.
