Mechanical Project Manager

West Midlands

Our Client are a well established mechanical contractor operating predominantly across the midlands on commercial, educational, and healthcare projects. Due to continued growth and a steady work book, they are now seeking an experienced project manager / engineer to join their expanding team.

The role will include managing projects from start to finish, including site surveys, design, estimation, procurement, supervision and allocation of labour, commissioning, and final handover whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will need:

  • Experience in project managing full plumbing and pipework packages, ideally with good HVAC knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years\’ experience running projects, as well as managing a team of engineers who have reported directly to you.
  • Experience working on projects within education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical, and plumbing systems.
