As they continue to scale, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the revenue growth strategies and foster long-term partnerships. The Role As CRO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth by leading the sales, business development, and marketing functions. This role requires a commercially driven, results-oriented leader with deep expertise in the B2B drinks/beverages space. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the organization exceeds its revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's revenue strategy, aligning with overall business goals. Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, setting clear objectives and KPIs. Drive B2B sales growth by identifying new opportunities in the drinks/beverages industry and nurturing key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with beverage manufacturers, distributors, and other partners. Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support sales efforts. Work closely with the product development and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to refine revenue strategies.
