Deputy Head of Product Management (Relocation to Bangkok)
Manatal is an HRTech software service (B2B SaaS) company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Our goal is to transform the entire hiring process by making it simple, efficient, and enjoyable for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates alike.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Product Management to join our innovative team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will play a key role in building category-defining products and features. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product delivery process from conception to making the feature successful.
Responsibilities
Feature Conception:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer’s pain points and challenges.
- Identify the best solutions to address these challenges.
- Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and validate PRDs.
Product Delivery:
- Convert the product objectives for the next 2 quarters into a comprehensive roadmap with an implementation plan ready for execution.
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process.
- Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality.
- Act as point of contact for feature delivery questions toward internal stakeholders, customer success team, customer support team, and customers.
Feature Success:
- Take responsibility for achieving success metrics for all launched features and product enhancements.
- Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
Requirements:
General Requirements:
- Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong independent project ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications.
- Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven working style.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience leading Product Managers in a Product-based software company.
- Experience working in software engineering.
- Experience with B2B pre-sales.
- Experience working with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
