Head of Commercial Project Management

As the Head of Commercial Project Management (CPM), you\’ll spearhead a team responsible for executing large turnkey projects. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of CPMs, Project Controllers, and Project Accountants, ensuring seamless commercial execution. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead and manage a team of Commercial Project Managers and Project Controllers who are responsible for the commercial execution of large turnkey business. Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and processes to optimize project performance and profitability. Provide commercial and financial expertise to support project decision-making and risk management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operational aspects of projects. Oversee, manage, and drive contract negotiations, claims management, and customer relations to ensure successful project outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices. What You Bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record in executing large turnkey business, demonstrating your capability in navigating commercial aspects of complex projects. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent understanding of commercial and financial principles, including contract management, risk assessment, and profitability analysis. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different functions.
