As the Head of Commercial Project Management (CPM), you\’ll spearhead a team responsible for executing large turnkey projects. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of CPMs, Project Controllers, and Project Accountants, ensuring seamless commercial execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage a team of Commercial Project Managers and Project Controllers who are responsible for the commercial execution of large turnkey business.
- Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and processes to optimize project performance and profitability.
- Provide commercial and financial expertise to support project decision-making and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial, technical, and operational aspects of projects.
- Oversee, manage, and drive contract negotiations, claims management, and customer relations to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record in executing large turnkey business, demonstrating your capability in navigating commercial aspects of complex projects.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent understanding of commercial and financial principles, including contract management, risk assessment, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across different functions.

Our Team of around 20 CPMs, Project Controllers, and Project Accountants are driving turnkey projects across UK&IE in all commercial aspects. Our success is based on our close interaction with our customers and our strong alignment with the technical Project Management.
With a strong focus on productivity, we deliver projects on time and within budget, while also driving project excellence, best practices, and lessons learned throughout the organization.
