Location: Coventry Salary: up to £24,000, commensurate with experience We are working with a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancing Post-Completions Assistant to join their friendly team based in Coventry city centre. The role will involve: Providing post-completions support to a busy Residential Conveyancing team Preparing correspondence using a legal case management system Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person Opening, closing, storing and retrieving files Submitting applications to Land Registry Dealing with any requisitions raised Updating lenders and lender portals Reviewing ledgers Archiving filesSuitable candidates will have: Previous experience of post-completions matters, within residential conveyancing The ability to work on your own initiative Good communication skills, written and verbal Excellent organisational skills A methodical, adaptable approach to workThis a full-time office-based, permanent job working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Home working can be accommodated on an ad-hoc basis.
