iRecruit4 are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast paced warehouse operation based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working within a team-focused environment and takes pride in maintaining high safety and productivity standards.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are moved efficiently and safely throughout the site.
Main Duties and Responsibilities for
Counterbalance Driver: Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Load and unload deliveries, ensuring all materials are handled carefully Move stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas Ensure all goods are stored correctly and in line with health and safety standards Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues Work closely with warehouse and logistics team
Requirements

Counterbalance Driver:
Valid, accredited
Counterbalance Forklift Licence
(RTITB or ITSSAR accepted) Minimum
1 year of forklift driving experience
within a warehouse or logistics environment Good understanding of
health and safety procedures
in a warehouse setting Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised work area
