Job Title: Information Assistant Location: London – close to Euston station Hours: 36.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday Start: date: ASAP End date: 9th April 2025 Hourly rate: £16.37 per hour Hybrid Working: On-campus role Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Information Assistant to join our customer-facing team. You will provide high-quality library services, support library resources, and assist with the maintenance of our collections. Key responsibilities include staffing the library service desk, assisting with library administration, and supporting technology in the library. Key Responsibilities: Staff the library desk and respond to customer enquiries. Assist with library membership, borrowing, and accessing online resources. Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of library technology. Help with the marketing and promotion of library resources and services. Maintain high standards in library spaces and assist with collection maintenance.Requirements: 5 A*-C GCSEs or equivalent qualification. Experience in a frontline service environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems.
