Reporting to the Membership Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated Membership Sales Advisor to join our Membership Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness and well-being, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment. You will play a key role in growing our membership base by delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and driving new sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging tours of the club, showcasing our premium facilities and lifestyle benefits.
- Build rapport with prospective members, understanding their needs and recommending suitable membership options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
- Follow up with potential members via phone, email, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into sales.
- Assist in organising and attending promotional events to attract new members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback using CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing members, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Work closely with the Membership and Marketing teams to develop creative strategies to drive new sales.

- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably in the fitness, leisure, or hospitality industry).

Hours
16 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays. Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
