Reputable and growing global consultancy is looking for a Consulting Director to join their Capital Markets division.
My client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Consulting Director with a proven track record in sales into the Capital Markets arena. You will have a clear path to Partner. Your strategic insights, leadership, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes and maintaining long-term partnerships and contributing to the continued growth of the Consultancy.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with capital markets clients, understanding their specific challenges, and providing strategic advice on solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
Business Development:
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and developing proposals that showcase their expertise.
- Participate in client presentations, conferences, and industry events to enhance their brand presence and expand the client network.
Project Management:
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, maintaining a strong focus on project governance and risk management.
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in Capital Markets consulting.
- Proven track record in leading projects, including full-cycle implementations, system upgrades, and integration projects.
- Strong understanding of industry processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Banking regulatory delivery experience is desirable.
