Role Purpose:
At Nutricia, our nutritional solutions have transformed the lives of millions of people around the world.
As a Medical Science Liaison in Adult Oncology, you’ll drive scientific education, facilitate nutrition oncology pathways, and establish Nutricia as a trusted partner through strategic KOL and HCP interactions. You’ll influence best clinical practice, drive change, and positively impact patient care.
Key Activities:
- Network with key healthcare professionals (e.g., decision makers, KOLs, influencers) to support nutritional interventions for oncology patients.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs, Sales, Contract Account Managers, and Healthcare Development Teams to implement local category strategies.
- Deliver clear, accurate scientific and clinical information to stakeholders, including HCPs, professional organizations, and charities.
- Provide field insights and recommendations to inform commercial and medical strategies, analysing trends in clinical practice and evidence.
- Ensure continuous professional growth and contribute to educational strategies with external stakeholders to support high-quality education aligned with category objectives.
We have 3 roles available, with one role covering each of the following territories:
- Territory One – Manchester & Glasgow (FTC to September 2025)
- Territory Two – London – Permanent
- Territory Three – Cardiff, Oxford & Sheffield – Permanent
About You

We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
- Your clinical comprehension, as well as a strong understanding of the NHS environment.
- Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Your ability to influence HCPs and other key stakeholders.
To be considered for this role:
- Our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in or nearby one of the above territory locations. If you’re unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role.
- You will also need to hold a full UK driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers.
We have a strong preference for candidates who have a strong track record as a Medical Science Liaison or Dietitians or Clinical Nurse Advisors/Practioners. Experience or knowledge in oncology is advantageous. However, if you believe you have the skills we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
