Reports To: Finance Supervisor/Finance Director Location: Preston Brook (WA7) Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Job Purpose To assist the Finance Supervisor in managing key finance operations and administrative duties. Key Activities Credit Control Manage credit control for centrally billed customers for member companies. Resolve returns and queries by liaising with customers and members. Send statements, EDI reports, and PODs. Generate and distribute month-end reports. Accounts Code and process invoices/expenses in the purchase ledger. Reconcile supplier statements. Input self-billing invoices (manufacturer rebates). Raise recharge invoices to group companies. Administration Manage reception duties, including handling post and courier deliveries. Oversee Boardroom bookings, receive visitors, and provide refreshments. Provide ad hoc administrative support to managers. Monitor courier deliveries for members and assist with claims for late deliveries. Other
