Job description Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in a service supporting under 65s. About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users both in their home and out in the community. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, and encouraging personal growth. * Supporting service users during outings and activities to enhance their quality of life. * Building positive relationships with individuals to create a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment. What We’re Looking For: To excel in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 3 months’ experience in a similar setting. * A caring, empathetic, and proactive approach to support work. * The ability to travel to IP7. * A DBS on the update service (desirable but not essential).
