Veterinary Surgeon

Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) | Part-Time Applications Welcome

An independent small animal practice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. With a strong ethos of collaborative care, the team includes experienced veterinary nurses, vets, and reception staff who work closely to provide outstanding service to both clients and their pets.

About the Role:

This is a well-rounded general practice position, ideal for a vet looking to focus on high-quality, continuity-based care in a relaxed and structured working week. The role offers a genuine work-life balance with no weekend or OOH commitments, and welcomes applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-standard veterinary care through consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
  • Working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Supporting client education and developing long-term client relationships
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical records
