We’re supporting a forward thinking organisation that centred support to adults facing mental health challenges in the community. They're now hiring a Wellbeing Services Manager to lead a frontline team and shape a responsive, compassionate support service for service users.

💥 As the Wellbeing Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of Coordinators delivering wellbeing activities and interventions
  • Develop and oversee community based therapeutic and engagement programmes
  • Liaise with funders, partners, and referral sources to grow the service and secure new referrals
  • Oversee triage, referrals, and caseload allocation across the team
  • Ensure services are delivered in a trauma-informed, safe, and inclusive way
  • Monitor contract performance, manage internal reporting, and attend stakeholder meetings
  • Identify training needs and deliver workshops to support staff development

💥 What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in community services or mental health support
  • Strong people management skills and experience supervising teams
  • Ability to lead safeguarding responses and manage performance
  • Confident working with stakeholders including local authorities and health professionals
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • A calm, empathetic approach and commitment to trauma-informed practice
