ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Production Kitchen Porter, you\’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in helping us create award-winning organic products that our customers love and trust. You\’ll be part of a passionate and hardworking team committed to excellence, working in a fast-paced production kitchen where cleanliness, safety, and precision are essential.
Whether you\’re ensuring the team has spotless equipment, receiving fresh organic deliveries, or supporting food prep, your contribution will be key to meeting our high standards and fulfilling our mission. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly – and who thrives in an environment where every detail matters.

Salary: 12.70 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours / Full time (Must have flexibility to work weekends)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times
- Ensure that the Production team have clean and safe equipment with which to work with as and when it is required
- Ensure that deliveries are received and stored promptly and safely, observing our stock rotation and traceability requirements
- Ensure that, where food preparation duties are required, all ingredients are prepared, weighed and measured ready for production
- Ensure that cleaning rotas are adhered to at all times
- Ensure that waste is separated into correct recycling bins and is removed from site throughout, as well as at the end of, shift
- Comply with the production unit\’s internal and external audit requirements
- Contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
