Pay is from £350-£400 per week for the full-time vacancy. About the role Do you have a talent for building relationships and breaking down barriers? Are you looking for a new opportunity to support pupils with regulating their emotions and being able to access thier learning? We have a part-time and a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant vacancy for a primary school in Eastbourne, supporting children to manage their behaviour and supporting them with learning. You will be required to support in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning. Pupils are all aged 4-11 with some students having EHCPs for Special Educational Needs & Disabilities and/or Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH) as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD.
