Role Summary
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of high-net-worth and institutional clients, overseeing daily operations, client relations, and property maintenance. You’ll ensure compliance, manage budgets, and handle inquiries while providing high-quality service and reporting regularly on portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Develop and implement property management plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct property inspections, ensuring preventative maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with contractors for timely maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor financials, generate reports, and provide insights into portfolio performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in property or portfolio management.
- Knowledge of the AST Housing Act.
- ARLA Level 3 or IRPM certification preferred (or working towards).
