Global Edge is partnering with a leading service engineering company to recruit a ROV Pilots .
We have a new requirement for Offshore ROV Pilot Technician(s).
Please note: All applicants must reside in the UK and possess full, permanent UK right-to-work status, as Saipem is unable to offer sponsorships.
- Start Date: To be agreed with the successful candidate(s); with a preference for an immediate start.
- Location: Various offshore sites globally.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- HNC (or higher) qualification in either Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic systems or relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulic systems or previous offshore exposure.
- Operate, maintain, and repair submersible machines (ROV’s).
- Implement and monitor technical procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all internal/external Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirements at all times.
- Participate in project responsibilities as outlined in the project scope of work.
Please ensure that your flying hours and ROV systems are clearly detailed in your CV. This can be displayed in a work grid, showing your previous companies, the ROV system used, your Pilot Technician level, and the number of flying hours (both onshore and offshore).
All ROV Pilot Technicians invited for an interview are advised to discuss their current ROV work experience, flying hours and qualifications. The interview panel will use this information to determine the most appropriate level for the candidate, which will contribute to any potential job offer.
