Frame manager

A leading developer is actively seeking a frame manager to join their team on a major development in South West London.

This developer currently has a new scheme underway in South West London, creating a brand new community. Once completed it will contain over 400 new homes, a community park, and commercial properties. A multi-million pound development, it is made up of several RC frame blocks, containing 1-3 bedroom flats.

As a frame manager, you will be on a phase reporting into the Project Manager. Your main focus will be to monitor all the frame works, ensuring the subcontractor is following the program, Health & Safety, and monitoring their works.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Previous experience working for frame contractors as a site manager or project manager
• Longevity with previous employers
• Be from an engineering background/degree educated
• Driven attitude
• Experience managing Health & Safety
