We’re looking for a results-driven EV Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our electric vehicle (EV) products. This role will focus on growing adoption of our business EV charge card offering, and charging solutions by optimising digital performance, shaping customer journeys, and ensuring our existing fuel card customers are fully informed and supported in their transition to electric.

You’ll work at the intersection of digital marketing, product, and customer experience, helping more businesses future-proof their fleets with EV-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Performance & Campaigns

  • Working with the digital acquisition team, lead targeted digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive charge card adoption and charger usage.
  • Own KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, app downloads, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with the digital team to continuously test and optimise landing pages, CTAs, and lead generation forms.

Customer Journey Mapping & Content

  • Define and improve end-to-end customer journeys for EV products—from awareness through to onboarding and retention.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling messaging to help customers understand the benefits of transitioning from diesel to electric.
  • Work closely with sales enablement and central teams to produce guides, comparison tools, email journeys, and FAQs.

Fuel Base Awareness & Transition Strategy

  • Identify and segment fuel card customer groups most likely to benefit from EV solutions.
  • Build tailored campaigns to raise awareness of our EV offering within our fuel base, including hybrid card options.
  • Partner with account managers and CRM teams to integrate education and upsell opportunities into existing touchpoints.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Commercial, Digital, Sales, and CRM teams to align on go-to-market plans and new feature rollouts.
  • Feed customer insights and campaign data back into product development to improve the offering.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance with a focus on customer conversion and EV adoption rates.
  • Use data to influence decision-making and prioritise future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in automotive, energy, mobility or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience marketing to existing customer bases, with a focus on upsell/cross-sell or product migration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and digital analytics platforms is a plus.#
