We are seeking an enthusiastic PA and experienced administrator to provide high level support to senior colleagues and ensure smooth day to day operations. The successful candidate will thrive in a face paced environment, juggling priorities with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and prepare meeting papers
  • Draft correspondence
  • Handle confidential information
  • Support the wider administration team with general office duties
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this varied role, you will need:

  • 4 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent aptitude/knowledge
  • Proven experience in an admin or PA role
  • Strong IT skills including MS office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team, handling competing priorities
