Senior Architect Dorking Up to £48,000 Are you an experienced architect seeking an exciting leadership role within a dynamic and collaborative practice? My clients are a well-established multidisciplinary firm based in the picturesque market town of Dorking, who are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join a talented team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and have extensive experience within the Residential sector, working on projects ranging from £2m to £10m. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architect role: Lead the design and delivery of high-profile architectural projects across various sectors. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technicians, fostering a supportive and innovative work environment.Expertise needed for this Senior Architect role: ARB-registered architect with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
