Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling collections and payments from members promptly and efficiently
  • Reconciling payments to suppliers against member collections and ensuring timely payments
  • Reconciling statements and resolving queries promptly
  • Managing audit requests in an efficient and timely manner
  • Acting as a quality control checkpoint for evidence before forwarding to suppliers
  • Assisting in the maintenance and development of systems
  • Supporting month-end close, credit control, and providing crucial holiday cover
