Key Responsibilities: * Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for construction projects. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop comprehensive design plans. * Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance. * Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals. * Mentor and guide junior staff members in design and engineering best practices. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in M&E design. Key Skills and Experience Required: * Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field. * Proven experience in M&E design and project management. * Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software. * Professional certification (e.g., CEng, IEng) would be an advantage.
