Warehouse Account Controller Join our trusted logistics team, dedicated to optimising supply chains across industries. Role Overview: Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a warehouse client account, focusing on inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Inventory Management: Maintain records, audits, and cycle counts. * Order Processing: Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and resolve shipment issues. * Warehouse Coordination: Manage goods receipt, storage, layout optimisation, and policy enforcement. * Data Management: Use WMS to track activities, prepare reports, and ensure HMRC compliance. * Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, train staff, and uphold standards. * Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and build positive relationships. Essential Skills & Qualifications: * Experience in warehouse operations and software (WMS, CRM). * Knowledge of bonded warehouse processes (preferred). * Proficient in MS Office; strong organisational and analytical skills. * GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
