We\βre looking for an organised, patient-focused Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our friendly administration team at Practice Plus Group. In this vital role, you\βll be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals β making sure every patient\βs journey runs smoothly from referral to treatment.
You\βll be joining a collaborative and supportive team that plays a key role in ensuring our Outpatient clinics and Theatre lists are managed efficiently and filled to capacity. Every day brings new challenges, and you\βll have the satisfaction of knowing your work directly contributes to improving patient access to high-quality care.
Working 37.5 hours a week. You will work 8 hour shifts between Monday β Friday 9am β 5pm or 10.00am β 6pm, we work on a rota system so shifts will vary week on week.
Any weekend shifts will be deemed unsociable hours and there will have an increase in the hourly rate should you work them.
