We are currently working on an exciting, exclusive mandate for a long-standing property consultancy client who is seeking a new team member to join their People and Development team. Reporting into a fantastic departmental head, this role focuses on Early Talent and is aimed at candidates with 1–3-year comparable experience, eager to build a career in the early talent space.

The role concentrates on coordinating and supporting in the smooth delivery of the firm’s talent recruitment & development programmes, including graduate, apprentice, internship pathways. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR or early careers experience, looking to take on more responsibility in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. A permanent opportunity that has come about due to growth, the role is immediately available and aimed at candidates in the 28-35k salary band. The company places great emphasis on personal/career development and is happy to fund training/qualifications for the right candidate.

A sociable and dynamic team, we are seeking a warm and engaged candidate who builds rapport easily, can communicate professionally at all levels and is a reliable and dedicated team player. A fabulous opportunity to work with a committed and encouraging team in beautiful West-end based offices, the firm also has an established hybrid pattern (3 days in) but the candidate may be required to be in the office more regularly if they are hosting or taking part in an event. The client is keen to reiterate that the hybrid pattern doesn’t always follow the same days, so flexibility is required.
