We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a 3-4 star hotel or serviced apartments environment. The position involves working 5 days out of 7, with shifts between 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays. The role involves working across two reception desks. The salary is competitive, with an excellent benefits package, based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all guests and members receive a warm welcome and a memorable impression
- Manage cash operations during shifts
- Report facilities and maintenance issues to the help desk
- Keep the reception area immaculate at all times
- Use a range of IT systems confidently and competently
- Provide detailed information on local area, directions, traffic, and travel updates
- Maintain awareness of site procedures relevant to reception and communicate any changes
- Become a trained first aider and fire marshal, and carry out evacuation procedures when needed
