Job Title: Clinical Coder & Summariser
We are seeking an experienced clinical coder and summariser to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their coding and summarising skills. The main responsibilities include triaging incoming hardcopy and electronic post, and workflow management to GPs as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Code relevant information from patients’ clinical records into the SystmOne system, adhering strictly to practice protocols.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work efficiently with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SystmOne, Snomed coding, and summarising is essential.
