Harrow – Senior Practitioner – Mental Health – £34
We are seeking a Senior Practitioner for the Mental Health Team in Harrow. The role involves extensive knowledge of the MHA, S117 reviews & discharge processes, managing and overseeing the review team within the MH Service, and delivering statutory MH Reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support to social workers and care managers on casework.
- Support the Team Manager by deputising in their absence and act as Duty Manager when needed.
- Chair Professional Meetings/Case Conferences as appropriate.
- Support the social worker on duty to ensure concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Record actions and decisions clearly on the Mosaic database.
- Undertake complex enquiries, liaising with internal and external colleagues as needed.
