RS Group is seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Information Security Risk Analyst to join our expanding Information Security & Technology (IS&T) function. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
This role involves supporting the Head of Risk in implementing the IS&T risk strategy, contributing to transformation initiatives, and maintaining our risk and compliance framework. You will also support the Security, Governance & Control team in fostering a risk-aware culture across the organization.
This is a foundational role designed to provide broad exposure across risk and compliance domains while supporting your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of transformation projects to mature the information security function.
- Contribute to foundational tasks within the Risk programme, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Develop stakeholder engagement skills to support the IS&T Risk Management Framework and Governance strategy.
- Maintain the Group’s policy and procedure framework, ensuring alignment with standards and regulations.
- Maintain governance and reporting processes for risk exposure and operational performance insights.
- Develop expertise in the organisation’s Risk Management Toolset (6Clicks) and support its ongoing use.
- Collaborate across departments to support compliance and risk management strategies.
- Manage agendas, documentation, and outputs for the Risk Management Committee.
- Produce reports and documentation to support leadership decision-making.
About You
You’re early in your career with an interest in Information Security and Risk, combining technology, business processes, and governance. A background in cybersecurity, IT, business, law, or data is beneficial, but your drive to learn and contribute is key.
You enjoy attention to detail, are well-organized, problem-solver, and pride yourself on accuracy and value in your work. You’re comfortable communicating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and working across global teams.
