ACR are currently working with a 5 House Builder who are looking to recruit a skilled Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Dorking, Surrey.

This role offers the chance to work within an experienced, collaborative team on new and exciting projects located across Kent. The company have significant financial backing, a great pipeline of land, a unique product and are in a great position to offer someone a stable and long term career.

Duties include:

  • Reporting directly to a Senior Technical Manager within the Technical Department, you will be working closely with all disciplines across the business to ensure that new developments are designed accurately and value-engineered appropriately to ensure our sites are built out efficiently and cost effectively
  • Assist in managing appointed consultants (incl. architectural & engineering, highways and sustainability/energy consultants) to prepare working drawings/specifications etc.
  • Discharge NHBC Building Control conditions
  • Attend project team meetings, design team meetings and other meetings as required
