Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) to meet the specific needs of each student. Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, mobility, and hygiene, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and progress. Collaborate with the SEN team to monitor and adapt teaching strategies to support each student\’s learning journey.
