Job description
As a Senior Product Designer at evoke, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Retail sports and gaming gambling products. You\’ll be responsible for prompting the design and user experience of key product projects, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and drive business growth.
You will shape the future of the in-shop customer experience for millions of players. You\’ll work across our network of Self-Service Betting Terminals (SSBTs) and in-shop touchpoints – not just designing screens, but deeply understanding the end-to-end service journey from both customer and staff perspectives.
This is an opportunity to apply service design thinking to physical and digital experiences – mapping user journeys, identifying friction points, and crafting intuitive interfaces that simplify multi-layered strategies.
You\’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver experiences that are clear, engaging, and commercially impactful – while always keeping customers at the heart.
What you will be doing
- Leading the design process from concept to delivery, including user research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and visual design.
- Collaborating with product managers to define product strategy and translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Conducting usability testing and user research, gathering actionable feedback to inform and improve design.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs to effectively communicate user flows and interaction patterns. Participate in stakeholder presentations to share.
Who we are looking for

- Previous working experience as a product designer, with experience in the online gaming industry preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered designs is essential including examples of your working process including conception, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate problem-solving and attention to detail backed up by data, be that qualitative or quantitative.
- Amazing communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, as well as familiarity with prototyping tools.
- A solid understanding of user experience values, interaction design, and visual hierarchy, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Familiarity designing for highly data-led interfaces, removing complexity to create modern, clean, and intuitive player experiences.
