TwentyAI is supporting a very established law firm who are regarded as a top 5 institution globally. They are going through a massive digital transformation and would be looking for a Test Lead in London.
This position involves joining a collaborative testing team within the Technology Department, working on various business and operational products. The role focuses on delivering testing services, including planning, execution, and oversight, with an emphasis on Agile practices and collaboration with external testing service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee testing strategies, plans, and execution.
- Mentor and guide team members to maintain high testing standards.
- Address challenges and unblock team progress, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- Lead testing initiatives, including planning, cost control, and execution.
- Drive both functional and non-functional testing, including automation and performance testing.
- Manage test resources, schedules, and execution plans.
